ABETRO is a platform that connects people: those looking for housing, work, a specialist, delivery, community or help, and those who provide it. The platform's operator is ABETRO; registration of the legal entity (ABETRO d.o.o., Slovenia) is in progress. For questions about these terms, write to privacy@abetro.com.
ABETRO can be used by people aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that your details are accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under the law of your country. One account per person; sharing access with others is not allowed.
You can sign in via Telegram, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and the device you use to sign in secure. If you suspect someone else is using your account, contact support immediately.
Not allowed: fraud, spam and mass messaging, crypto-exchange offers, "easy money" schemes, unlicensed casinos or loans, hate speech, threats, discrimination, sharing another person's personal data without consent, impersonating someone else, or selling goods and services prohibited by law. Violations may lead to a post being hidden, account features being limited, or the account being blocked — without prior notice in cases of fraud or a safety threat.
You remain the owner of the text, photos and other material you publish. By posting it on ABETRO, you grant us the right to store, display to other users, translate and technically process that content — only to the extent needed to run the app. You are responsible for having the right to share that content and for it not infringing anyone else's rights.
Agreements about price, timing and quality are between users. ABETRO helps you find each other and keeps chat history and reviews, but is not a party to the agreement, does not guarantee the quality of work, and is not liable for how users treat each other. Before agreeing to meet in person, check the other person's reviews and verification status.
Verification only confirms that a person uploaded a document and a moderator reviewed it — it is not a legal proof of identity and does not guarantee someone's trustworthiness. Verification documents are stored separately from the profile and are accessible only to moderators.
Donations, the Pro subscription and sticker packs are paid for via Telegram Stars, under Telegram's own rules and refund policy. Purchases remain available on your account. Payment for services between users (a specialist, housing, delivery, etc.) currently happens outside the app, directly between the parties — ABETRO is not involved in that payment and does not take a commission unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.
A paid boost or an "ad" label means only higher visibility in the list — not an ABETRO recommendation or a quality check of the provider.
ABETRO is provided "as is". We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that it is error-free, or that another user will fulfil what was agreed. To the extent permitted by the law of your country, ABETRO is not liable for damages arising from other users' actions, in-person meetings arranged outside the app, or temporary unavailability of the service.
We may limit account features or block an account for violating these terms. You may stop using ABETRO and delete your account at any time by writing to privacy@abetro.com.
We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app in advance of material changes; continuing to use ABETRO after a change means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, the country where the platform's operator is registered. If you live in the EU, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of residence. We try to resolve disputes through support first.
